What we do...
Your students can achieve outstanding outcomes on standardized tests with help from Dr. Mike’s Test Prep. Our clear and engaging workshops instill confidence in participants, optimize their time management skills, and streamline their decision-making processes. Thousands of students throughout Texas and across the country have already benefited from our test-taking tactics and tools.

We offer 3- and 6-hour workshops for the TSIA2®, SAT®, PSAT® and/or ACT® and can create specific programs to meet your district’s needs.

What sets us apart...

We differ from other test prep companies in the following ways:

1) Dr. Mike is our sole instructor. Your workshop will not be facilitated by someone who has been trained to give rote presentations on subjects that may or may not be their strong suit.

Extensive experience enables Dr. Mike to meet students wherever they may be and to focus on the hacks and heuristics most appropriate for them.

2) Dr. Mike wrote the workbooks for our workshops based on his decades of engaging with students in test prep and classroom settings. The clarity and utility of our workbooks are the direct result of seeing what works with actual students in a wide range of environments.

The workbooks are crafted not only to help students through the workshops under Dr. Mike’s guidance, but to provide additional coaching for those who need to practice on their own.
3) We pride ourselves on our ability to adapt to the needs of the schools we serve. Our standard 3-hour workshops can be shortened, lengthened, broken into segments, delivered while students are eating, scheduled in the evenings or on weekends, and/or modified in whatever way your institution requires.

We believe that flexibility is the best way to ensure student success.

4) We are a Texas owned and operated business. Our founders are proud to be products of the Texas public education system. We grew up here, we live here, and we want to see Texas students succeed.

We understand how and why a rural district outside El Paso might differ from a suburban district near Houston and the importance of supporting students throughout the state no matter where we happen to encounter them.
